We are very honoured and excited to share that LanaBetty has been selected as a finalist by Vancouver Magazine, style category for their very amazing annual Made in Vancouver Awards!

Before the pandemic closed everything down mid-march, we had submitted ourselves for review and had intended to send a pair of earrings for their viewing pleasure. Then everything shut down and uncertainty reigned supreme. Thanks to some very hard work from our frontline workers, the whole of our community, and a little bit of luck, we are hitting the reset button on a lot of projects and we're slowly re-opening.
A couple weeks back, VanMag reached out to see if we still wanted to be considered for the awards; of course we said yes!

We submitted our Arch earrings, because we felt they really embodied the forward thinking and excellent fun we have had building our Merge collection. There was an essay involved and some really thoughtful word-smithing, ;)
