NORTH AMERICA

We are excited to offer free shipping on all orders over $200 to Canada.
Shipments to the United States may include tariff charges, though most of my handmade jewelry falls under the free trade agreement and is exempt. Learn More.

** please note that your order will still take some time to put together (you know, make, from scratch), but we will ship as fast as we can once it is ready.

RUSH SHIPPING VS. RUSH PRODUCTION

You may choose to pay for faster shipping, once your order is made and put together. If you would like to jump the line and have your order produced quickly, rush fees will apply. Contact us immediately after placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping outside of Canada has a small fee, but we hope you'll understand. We always ship tracked and work to ensure your package arrives safe and sound (and that costs a little bit extra).

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is now available. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will connect to schedule pickup. Pickup is only available 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please understand that the studio is not available at this time for browsing or viewing pieces.

Please be aware that most shipping companies have suspended their guaranteed timelines and packages are taking a little longer to arrive in their destinations. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

PRODUCTION

Often our pieces are often made to order and that can mean it takes time to make your jewelry. If you need your order quickly, please contact us! We can upgrade your shipping and add a rush to your order if necessary (though there may be additional charges).

If you are looking for a custom piece made quickly, please review our custom design process and contact us - we can work with your timeline, rush fees will apply.

SHIPPING DATES & DETAILS

Canadian orders are shipped as soon as they are finished and packed. Where possible we use Canada Post (and our timelines and prices are quoted as such). If the opportunity exists to use Last Mile Delivery, we will use that too! In the event that the shipping costs are less than quoted, we will refund any difference greater than $3.

All orders shipped outside of Canada are delivered to the shipping company on Mondays, more frequently before major holidays - because of customs, we can't guarantee the shipping timelines quoted from the shipper (to be honest, it is beyond our control).
