MADE WITH MEANING
Jewelry can mark a beginning, honour a history, or carry something meaningful forward.
Each custom piece is designed in conversation with you, then handcrafted in my Vancouver studio with care, intention, and a goldsmith’s attention to detail.
Every Piece Begins With a Conversation
Your rings should feel like an honest reflection of the people wearing them.
Whether you are beginning with a stone, an inspiration, or simply a sense of what feels right, I will guide you through each decision with clarity and care.
Custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and anniversary pieces are created to balance beauty, longevity, comfort, and everyday wear.
DESIGNED FOR THE STORY YOU'RE BUILDING
Engagement and wedding jewelry should feel personal from the very beginning.
Together, we can create a piece that reflects your relationship, your style, and the meaning you want it to hold for years to come. From quietly distinctive engagement rings to wedding bands designed to belong together, every detail is considered with intention.
CARRY THE STORY FORWARD
Jewelry can hold enormous meaning, even when the piece itself no longer suits your life.
An heirloom redesign allows us to honour what came before while creating something that feels entirely your own.
Depending on the piece, we may reuse gemstones, precious metal, or meaningful design details. I will help you understand what can be preserved, what should be changed, and how the original story can live within the new design.
A PIECE THAT EXISTS BECAUSE YOU IMAGINED IT
Some pieces are created to celebrate a milestone. Others begin with a gemstone, a symbol, or an idea that refuses to be forgotten.
From meaningful rings and pendants to personal talismans, one-of-a-kind jewelry offers room to create something outside the limits of an existing collection.
The result is not simply different. It is considered, intentional, and made specifically for the person who will wear it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Many custom projects begin with a feeling, a gemstone, a piece of inspiration, or a story you want the jewelry to represent. I will help you turn that starting point into a clear and wearable design.
Can you work with jewelry or stones I already own?
Often, yes. Existing gemstones and precious metals may be suitable for reuse depending on their condition, structure, and the new design. Each piece needs to be assessed before I can confirm what is possible.
How long does the custom process take?
Timelines vary by project and season. Most custom pieces require several weeks from approved design to completion. A more specific timeline will be provided before your project begins.
How much does custom jewelry cost?
Pricing depends on the materials, gemstones, scale, complexity, and amount of goldsmithing involved. After our initial conversation, I will provide a clear quote before work begins.
Can you recreate another designer’s jewelry?
No. I am happy to learn what you love about an inspiration image, but your final piece will be an original LanaBetty design rather than a copy of someone else’s work.
BEGIN YOUR CUSTOM JOURNEY
Your idea does not need to be fully formed before you reach out.
Bring the story, the question, the stone, or the possibility. We can begin there, together at my studio on Granville Island.
