Shipping Update: USA & Canada
October 2, 2025 | I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to keep shipping to the USA and Canada as smooth and reliable as possible during this season of change. There are a few important updates you should know if you’re planning to order handmade jewelry online from my shop.
For U.S. customers, shipping is resuming with duties and taxes prepaid at checkout for a smoother experience. For Canadian customers, the Canada Post strike has changed how I can ship, but I’ve partnered with ChitChats to keep things fast, trackable, and reliable. Read on for all the details.
USA Shipping – Tentatively Moving Forward
MY HANDMADE JEWELRY IS CUSMA COMPLIANT AND SHIPS DUTY FREE.
Finally, I am excited to share that U.S. shipping is back on the table! 🎉

U.S. customers can expect to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout (for non-CUSMA approved items), so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives.

At this time, only DHL offers duties prepaid (DDP) service, so most U.S. orders will ship via DHL until more carriers offer this option. Please note this is only for my enamel pins, polishing cloths, and jewelry boxes.
- All jewelry-only orders will ship via our friends at ChitChats, per usual.
This update means a smoother experience and fewer delays when your jewelry crosses the border.
Canada Shipping – Canada Post Strike Impact
Unfortunately, the ongoing Canada Post strike has created some big challenges. Right now:

I cannot ship to P.O. boxes or rural addresses (since these rely on Canada Post).

Lettermail options are suspended for the time being.
I know this isn’t ideal, but this decision helps me keep your packages trackable, safe, and delivered on time.

To keep things moving, I’ve partnered with ChitChats, a trusted Canadian and International carrier. Here’s why I’m excited about them:

They provide faster service across Canada and to the U.S. than Canada Post (cheaper too).

Shipments include better tracking and insurance.

Their service integrates seamlessly with my shop so your orders leave my studio quickly and reliably. Please note that I've got to take these shipments to their depot, rather than drop the parcels at a post box. This may have some delay between when a shipping label is printed and when it is scanned.
What This Means for You

🇺🇸 If you’re shopping enamel pins from the U.S.: your order will ship with DHL duties prepaid.
- 🇺🇸 If you're shopping jewelry only from the U.S.: your order will ship with ChitChats.

🇨🇦 If you’re shopping from Canada: your order will ship with ChitChats, unless you’re in a P.O. box or rural area (I’ll reach out if that affects your order).
