YIELD | Midnight Rituals Talisman Necklace
Yield is a pendant for the ones seeking belonging. For the ones navigating uncertain waters, learning to loosen their grip, and discovering that surrender is not the same as defeat. Inspired by the ancient relationship between the sea, the stars, and the guiding light of a distant shore, this talisman honours the courage it takes to trust what we cannot see.
A steadfast lighthouse rises from a rocky coastline, its brilliant beam cutting through swirling mist and an endless night. Enormous waves curl and crash around it, while a crescent moon, scattered stars, and little treasures from the sea complete this storm-swept world. The lighthouse stands as a symbol of hope, guidance, and the promise of safe harbour. The ocean reminds us that there are forces beyond our control, and that sometimes the only way forward is to allow ourselves to be carried.
There is a particular kind of faith in yielding. In releasing the need to know exactly where the journey will lead, while trusting that there is still light to be found along the way. Yield invites us to surrender to possibility, to believe in unseen currents, and to remember that even the wildest waters may eventually bring us somewhere we belong.

Its elongated hexagonal shape holds a tiny world of crashing waves, celestial skies, and the unwavering light of a distant lighthouse. Hand cast in sterling silver or bronze and finished with a deep, hand applied patina in our Vancouver studio, each pendant carries subtle variations in shading and polish. Worn close to the skin, Yield becomes a small ritual object for moments of uncertainty, transition, and learning to trust the journey.
