Looking for a unique, one of a kind, totally custom necklace? We can help you with that.
It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to complete a custom, 3D printed piece from concept to approval to final print, assembly, and shipment. Quotes are generally completed in the first 2 weeks. A deposit is required to initiate the process and all remaining fees (remainder due, duties, expedited shipping, ect) are the responsibility of the customer. We promise that all prices are fair, can be explained, and there are no hidden fees.
Please note that shipping for all precious metals will be tracked, expedited, and require signature for delivery. This is non-negotiable and will be built into the final cost of your custom piece.
CAST METALS (BRASS, STERLING SILVER, GOLD) All castable metals can be made into beautiful jewelry using 3D printing. The 3d model is first printed in wax before being lost wax cast in brass, sterling silver, or gold. The piece is then sanded, tumbled, and polished to the highest level of quality. We can also plate: rose gold, 14k gold, or rhodium plating available.
To initiate the custom necklace process, this deposit is required to begin the process. We will review your request, work with you to determine a design, and then invoice for the remainder.
ADDING A BIRTHSTONE? Please note that we only charge the cost to source, ship, and set a beautiful birthstone for your necklace. We do not charge this additional cost to add to our profit. Birthstones can often range significantly in cost (diamonds are $$$ while garnets are $) - if you are interested in adding a birthstone (or any other gemstone for that matter), please let us source and provide a quote for your order.
CUSTOM CALLIGRAPHY We want your custom necklace to be as unique as possible and we are happy to offer custom calligraphy to really add a personal touch to your necklace. Our good friend Justine Ma has worked with us on dozens of projects and we have a strong understanding of her style and the specifications required to make jewelry. Her pricing for custom calligraphy starts at $100 for short names and goes up from there. If you choose not to use her services, we can help you find a font and customize it too.
WHAT DOES A CUSTOM NECKLACE COST? Because of the unique nature of each necklace and the mathematical equation used to determine the cost, it is not so easy to provide those values here. To order a raw brass name plate necklace, prices generally start at $300 and go up. Gold can cost well above $2800 and is priced at market value.

Shipping outside of North America has a small fee, but we hope you'll understand. We always ship tracked and work to ensure your package arrives safe and sound (and that costs a little bit extra).
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is now available. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will connect to schedule pickup. Pickup is only available 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
PRODUCTION
Often our pieces are made to order and that can mean it takes time to make your jewelry. If you need your order quickly, please contact us! We can upgrade your shipping and add a rush to your order if necessary (though there may be additional charges).
SHIPPING DATES
All orders shipped outside of Canada are delivered to the shipping company on Mondays, more frequently before the holidays - because of customs, we can't guarantee the shipping timelines quoted from the shipper (to be honest, it is beyond our control). If you are concerned about shipping delays, please contact us.
