Local pickup is now available. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will connect to schedule pickup. Pickup is only available 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please understand that the studio is not available at this time for browsing or viewing pieces. A styling appointment may be booked to discuss options.
Please be aware that most shipping companies have suspended their guaranteed timelines and packages are taking a little longer to arrive in their destinations. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
PRODUCTION
Often our pieces are made to order and that can mean it takes time to make your jewelry. If you need your order quickly, please contact us! We can upgrade your shipping and add a rush to your order if necessary (though there may be additional charges).
SHIPPING DATES
All orders shipped outside of Canada are delivered to the shipping company on Mondays, more frequently before the holidays - because of customs, we can't guarantee the shipping timelines quoted from the shipper (to be honest, it is beyond our control). If you are concerned about shipping delays, please contact us.
