Ready-to-ship items are allocated and put into your order as soon as possible, please remember that we are not Amazon, sometimes get sick, and travel during the holidays to other cities for markets. MADE-TO-ORDER
Rings and gemstone jewelry are very often made-to-order and that can mean it takes time to make your jewelry. During peak periods, production can take upwards of three weeks. If you need your order quickly, please contact us!

All orders shipped outside of Canada are delivered to the shipping company once a week, more frequently before the holidays - because of customs, we can't guarantee the shipping timelines quoted from the shipper (to be honest, it is beyond our control).
