Unbound is a talisman for those awakening to their own power. For the ones who have spent too long holding themselves back, questioning their strength, or allowing circumstances to determine what they might become. Inspired by the ancient symbolism of eclipses, transformation, and the breaking of predetermined fate, this Sacred Statement honours the extraordinary moment when we recognize that the power we've been searching for has been ours all along.

A dramatic solar eclipse commands the centre of this teardrop pendant, its brilliant corona bursting outward into the celestial sky. Beneath it, hellebore flowers bloom, surrounded by stars and the wild energy of an awakening universe. A delicate moth waits above the eclipse, a symbol of transformation, instinct, and the irresistible pull toward the unknown.

The eclipse represents a disruption of the natural order, a moment when light and shadow converge and what once seemed inevitable can be questioned. Hellebore, a winter-blooming flower steeped in folklore and superstition, speaks to resilience, protection, and the remarkable ability to flourish through darkness. The moth embodies the courage to move toward something unknown, guided by an instinct that cannot always be explained.

Together, these symbols tell a story of reclamation. Of stepping beyond the familiar, embracing every part of ourselves, and discovering that strength does not need to be granted, earned, or bestowed. It needs only to be awakened.

Let heaven tremble and shadows part,
No fate shall rule this wild heart.
From hidden depths, let power rise,
Seize the dark, the stars, the sky.

Hand cast in sterling silver or bronze and finished with a deep, hand applied patina in our Vancouver studio, each pendant reveals the intricate interplay of polished metal and darkened engraving. Subtle variations in shading and polish make every talisman its own.

Worn close to the skin, Unbound becomes a declaration of personal sovereignty, a reminder that we are not confined to the stories, expectations, or limitations that have been placed upon us.

This necklace is meant to be worn as a vow:
to step boldly into the unknown,
to embrace the strength that has always lived within,
and to claim the extraordinary power of becoming.
