I read some truly inspiring words today on one of my favorite blogs. Emma, the younger sister of the lovely A Beautiful Mess duo, shared her story with the world today. How she felt like changing her dreams was like giving up, like failure. This last year, ABM celebrated their first $1,000,000 year. Rant: Why I love Twitter more than Facebook.

When we were young (re: 2006), Facebook was the greatest in showing off to your friends the crazy (and stupid) things they did at the party the night before. There were pictures of puke, nudity, and more than enough tongues sticking out to mail all the letters in china (and then some). In the beginning it was like playing with fire. The Crafter's Superbowl: Convention Style Festivals

LanaBetty does the Festival of Creations! The weekend is finally finished and I am exhausted!I initially wasn't certain I was ready for a big craft fair like the Festival of Creations at Prospera Place. The festival features 150+ vendors over two days, 10-6 and 10-4 respectively. Turns out, I was, thanks to some quick thinking by my friends and some fully supportive parents. Thanks everyone!Pros: A lot of people saw my jewelry and a lot of them bought something. It is 330am and I am quite possibly drunk.
