A Busy Spring

Posted by 1 on

A little business: In the week following Got Craft? New Post Earringslast Sunday, I have been able to review sales and inventory my remaining stock. I am very excited to report that the post earrings were a success! Soon to be available in the online store, I cannot wait! The post earrings, as well as new colors and a few new styles will also be available at Portobello West Summer Market - May 26th & 27th and if you're busy that weekend, I'll be at Fab Fair - June 2nd & 3rd. Click to read more details... Super exciting: A little while ago, I attended the annual general meeting for Portobello West; to give feedback, brainstorm, and of course, to network. Inspired by their drive to provide new content to readers and potential customers, I volunteered to write and participate with their blog. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and blogging seems to be a great way to share to a wide range of readers. I feel that sharing my knowledge with other vendors helps to encourage that sense of community we all crave and search for. If each of us helps to build each other up, rather than to compete against, imagine the great things we can do together!

The best part: Finally, the weather in this beautiful city is getting a break. The flowers have been in bloom for weeks and the rain has stopped. I hear it might even be warm out this weekend - time for a motorcycle ride! When the weather is warm and the city is in bloom, I can't help but set my inner girly girl free. This week I have curated a treasury full of blushes, pinks, rose hues and whites. I dare you to look at it and not like it. I now you'll like it. Each and every week, I curate a #WednesdayTreasury. I encourage you to do the same or comment and suggest ideas and inspiration for my treasuries! Treasuries encourage community and are a great visual showcase for fellow vendors. Try it out! 'Spring Day - Pastel / Blush / Rose / Pink' by LanaBetty Inspired by the spring blossoms that are slowly melting to the ground, this treasury honors the fresh pink of spring in all of it's various forms!
